How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is shipped, please allow 6 to 10 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States. Please allow 8 to 16 business days for other international destinations. Delivery periods may be longer to destinations delayed by local COVID-19 backlog or restrictions.

Incorrect Address
Shipping address can not be changed after your order is made. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties (Outside Canada and the USA)
All Hidden Hills watches are shipped from our head office in Edmonton, Canada. If you are an international customer outside of Canada or the USA, we do NOT charge you sales tax (VAT) on your purchase! You may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. Please refer to your local government website for more information regarding any customs or import duties you may be required to pay upon receiving your watch.

I did not receive my order.
If you did not receive your order after 30 days since your order was placed, please email support@shop.hiddenhills.co. International delivery is dependant not only on Canadapost but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. 

Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated below.

My watch is broken, can I return it?
All Hidden Hills watches are backed by our 5-Year Global Warranty. Please visit the warranty page for further information.

I received my order and would like a refund
If you have received your order and would like a refund you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. It must be in its original plastic and unworn. Upon receiving your watch back, we will issue a full refund, less a $39 USD restocking fee per watch to cover labour, packaging materials and shipping used to send your order. I received my order and would like to exchange for another style
If you have received your order and would like an exchange you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. Upon receiving your watch back, we will happily resend out your new choice. Please note, you must pay an additional $19 USD (or equivalent in your country's currency) for the new shipping. Please email us at support@shop.hiddenhills.co before sending your package back for detailed instructions.
